The Philadelphia Eagles head football coach Nick Sirianni offered a wonderful thought during his postgame Super Bowl interview. He said, “You cannot be great without the greatness of others.” In any group or team that we are a part of, we only succeed as much and as far as our teammates. Their greatness enables us to become the best version of ourselves – which is the definition of our own “greatness.”
