One You In All Time

I remember my father once reflecting on how when someone dies all those thoughts, insights, and experiences are lost. His point was recognizing the finite aspect of one’s life.

I came across the same thought from Martha Graham recently who added with this insight we should not to waste our time or be timid with our lives. Graham said this, “There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.”

Is there something you are blocking in your life that you might share with the world? How would it look and what would you do next to express how there is “only one of you in all time.”
