Over the last few days I’ve come across this phrase a few times, stop telling yourself.
One version that caught my eye was, stop telling yourself, “it’s too late.” Others include, stop telling yourself, “it can’t be done.” Or, stop telling yourself, “this won’t work out.”
It sounds simple, but we often need to decide to stop one kind of behavior, or thought, for something new to begin.
What’s ironic is this “stop” might be to stop telling ourselves to “stop,” so what is new in our life has a space to start.
