Unmute That Emotion

I recently came across a quote suggesting there’s really only one question to ask ourselves, “What am I unwilling to feel?”

Our answer can provide a clue as to an area of our life that might need to be reflected upon and perhaps, addressed.

For example, if our answer is “happiness,” or “anger,” or “faith,” why is that emotion not felt in our lives? And if we think it about it, can we trace the source of the block to an event or pattern in our lives? Because it’s not that we are incapable of feeling that emotion, something in our lives has pressed the mute button and we need to figure out – perhaps with the help of others – how to unmute that emotion.
