On Tomorrow’s Dreams

Football coach Sean McVay asks a great question: “Are the habits you have for today on par with the dreams you have for tomorrow?” 

Meaning, if you are hoping to improve your physical or mental well-being, wanting to finish a project you started, or seeking a promotion or new career, do you have the habits in place to realize that dream? If not, what habit might you need to add to your day to realize that dream?
