Life is lived leaning either towards curiosity or skepticism.
In other words, we are either asking questions about what we don’t know in order to try to understand it, or attempting to reduce the unfamiliar to what we do know or understand by looking for immediate faults.
One test to identify where we might land on the curiosity to skepticism continuum is ask when was the last time we ordered something off a menu we never ordered before. In particular, something with ingredients that were unfamiliar or in unusual combinations?
