The first question invites us (consciously or unconsciously) to reflect on tasks we are engaged in (the things we are doing), while the second inquires about our emotional well-being.

The first question is more common, we’ve all been asked it a thousand times, but it’s fascinating to consider the kinds of answers we might hear if we asked colleagues, friends, and family members the second.
