When you live to 101 people are curious how you did it and often ask for lifestyle tips on topics such as diet or exercise.
Norman Lear died this week at 101. He was known for creating TV shows such as “All in the Family” and worked until the very end of his life, which some point to as a secret of his longevity.
What caught my attention was one article mentioned how Lear chose to never say “goodbye,” but instead, “to be continued.”
That’s interesting.
To view life as a series of commas, rather than periods.
A life where the story continues, but never ends.
I suppose with that mindset you would strive to live as long as possible – as much as we have control over such things – just to see and to participate in what happens next.
