When the Bell Rings

It was one of those street interviews you find on Reels and they asked an older man – 5’9, 165 pounds, short hair and glasses, carrying a yoga mat- how he stayed so fit.

He answered he did yoga 4 times a week, read  on a bike for 60 minutes, and then did two extra workouts on a bike.

He was then asked his number one piece of advice on staying fit. What is it diet, exercise? He paused and said, “get up when the bell rings.”

As the man was walking away the interviewer said, “how old are you, if I might ask?” ”78.”
